Brussels, 23 September 2019 – EGGVP, the voice of generic veterinary medicines in Europe, is proud to welcome AniMed Service AG as its 25th associate member company. AniMed was founded by vets in 1979 and has remained true to the principle “owned by vets & serving vets“ ever since. The company is based in Austria, where it has its production facilities and laboratories. The welcome events took place during the 17th EGGVP General Managers Meeting that was held in Kraków on the 19th and 20th of September 2019. Over 70 participants representing all EGGVP member companies took part in an intense and exciting two-day programme in Kraków hosted by EGGVP Member Company Vet-Agro.
Founded in 2002, EGGVP is a high level group of 25 companies representing the pharmaceutical industry of generic veterinary medicinal products in Europe. EGGVP represents the interest of its members in order to achieve a transparent, harmonized, pragmatic and proportionate regulatory environment.
